We are offering a wide range of accessories. With additional eyepieces, objectives or additional lenses you can widen themagnification range and adjust the magnification to our application. On microscopes with DIN (RMS) threads you can upgrade the optics from relatively simple achromatic lenses to plan-achromatic or plan-apochromatic objectives, which offer a planar field or better color correction. For special applications additional objectives are available (e.g. polarization or fluorescence). For low contrast samples (smears, cell cultures, uncolored sections) contrasting techniques like dark-field, phase contrast are advisable. Matching condensers (dry or oil) as well as phase contrast sets can be added to many microscopes. Besides optical components we offer also mechanical parts like object tables, cross tables, stands and mechanical adapters.
For successful microscopy you need a goodsample preparation. We therefore offer glass slides, cover slips, microtomes andpreparation utensils in our product range. If you are not able or willing to prepare your own samples, you can rely on our range of prepared and colored slide sets which cover histology, botanic and zoology. For the right illumination we offer spare bulbs, LED ring lights, cold light sources with fiber optics and separate microscope lamps.
To capture your experiments in a photo or video, you need a suitable camera with mechanical or projective adapters. Besides standard DSLR cameras, you can also mount other digital cameras withremovable objective lenses. Special microscope cameras with CMOS or CCD sensors offer better resolution, sensitivity as well as higher frame rates. These cameras can often be attached even on microscopes without camera tube. Thesecameras can replace a standard eyepiece. Some cameras will also come withspecial microscope software which will allow measuring, counting and so on in the cameras (live-) picture.
In the accessories range there is alsospecial laboratory equipment like spectroscopes, refractometers andpolarimeters.
